In the first two weeks of September, my wife and I traveled to Greece to explore the beautiful island of Crete. This was my first major trip using the Fujifilm X-H2S, and I was eager to put it to the test for both photography and videography.
Since I shoot video at a shutter speed of 1/48, I needed an ND (Neutral Density) filter to avoid overexposure. I used a Nisi 1-5 stop variable filter and hoped I could keep it on while switching between video and photo without needing to take it off. Fortunately, the bright Greek light made this possible, and the filter worked well across both formats!
I’m really happy with how the photos turned out. The video, on the other hand, still needs some work—I realized I have quite a bit to learn when it comes to video editing! But all in all, it was a great experience, and I’m excited to continue improving my skills.
